Have you ever wanted to gain an overview of church history, so that you can understand where all the divisions and denominations came from? But it’s not like you have hours each day that are free to fill with reading! If that’s the case, here’s an idea: check in here every day for thirty days. Beginning tomorrow morning, I will be posting a video or an activity each morning that will take around thirty minutes to finish. If you simply follow along with these activities, at the end of the thirty days, you’ll understand most of the most important people and movements in the history of Christianity.
Here’s where it gets even better: everyone who posts any comment on any of the thirty posts will be entered into a drawing to receive a free Christian History Made Easy DVD curriculum kit—a $129.99 retail value.
The thirty-day tour begins on October 16!

Giving away a copy of this curriculum is a very kind thing for you to do. There are some small congregations that may not be able to afford it and perhaps someone from one of them will win. God Bless your efforts.

Hey Dr. Jones,
I’m not sure if you know, but I’ve taken a pastorate at a church up in MA. We’ll be looking to revamp the discipleship process here. This looks like it could be a good addition!
Blessings,
Tony

I’ve taught a Church History study to the two congregations I have pastored. I based it off of Timothy George’s series History of Christianity with adaptation and expansion by handouts and PowerPoint review of the material. I’ve thought of developing a new version to offer to the local association. I’ve seen this curriculum and am interested in what you have to offer. Thanks for your work.
Blessings,
David Rogers

We taught a class in our discipleship groups at church using the book. We would have been even better served with the video to accompany it!
